In November 05, the average delivery time to our customers is as follows (business days),

1. USA : 2-3 days
2. Japan : 2-3 days
3. UK : 3 days
4. Australia : 2-3 days, mostly 2 days
5. Germany : 2 days
6. France : 2-3 days
7. Italy : 2-3 days
8. Spain : 6-7 days ( Customs delay )
9. Norway : 8 days ( Customs delay )
10. Canada : 4 days
11. Singapore : 1-2 days

Only one package have to be re-delivered to USA because of customs regulations on the mother of pearl item. We have already solved it.
